Josefina Bruni Celli is Ph.D Public Administration, New York University (2001); MBA with concentration in Public Services and Public Enterprises, IESA (1988); B.A, Political Science Yale University (1983). As full professor and coordinator of the Centre for Public Policy and the Master in Public Management in Venezuela’s Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA), Dr. Bruni Celli teaches various classes in business and public policy including Evaluation and Design of Public Policy, Enterprise State and Society, Corporate Responsibility, and Transparency and Integrity for Public Management. Together with other professors of IESA, Dr. Bruni Celli is a member of Social Enterprise Knowledge Network (SEKN). The majority of her research on the social enterprise has been published by publishers outside of Venezuela including Harvard Business School. Dr. Bruni Celli also a member of the Directive Council of INPAE (Inter-American Network of Public Administration Education), member of the Executive Council of NASPAA (Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affair, and Administration), and member of the Editorial Council of the CLADEA (Latin American Council of Schools of Administration) Case Clearing House. Her present line of research is in the area of collaborative governance and citizen participation in public administration.
